The Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia announces that, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Employment of Permanent and Fixed-Term Employees in the Public Service Law of 2016 L. 70(I)/2016, and subject to the approval of the relevant budget, applications are accepted for the employment of two (2) fixed-term Technical Engineers, Scale A5 (2nd level) for the management and implementation of projects of the Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia and/or Public Contracts as well as covering the needs of the Technical Service for a period of time that will not exceed twenty four (24) months.
Basic pay will be at Step 2 of Scale A5 plus any approved increase and indexation allowance applicable during the period of employment.
Based on article 10 of Law 70(I)/2016, an employee who is hired, is employed with a reduced salary scale of 10% for the first twenty-four (24) months from his employment as determined in the current Budget.
