The Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia, exercising its powers deriving from the new Law on Municipalities 52(I)/2022, article 120, informs the citizens that in the context of improving cleanliness within its municipal boundaries, the identification and removal of abandoned motor vehicles and objects.
All owners of abandoned motor vehicles and objects are requested to move them within three (3) days from the date of publication.
In case the owner fails or neglects to move the vehicle or object within the period of three (3) days specified in paragraph (b) of subsection (1), then the Municipality will move and dispose of them in accordance with the provisions of legislation.
