The Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia has submitted an amended application to the Famagusta Regional Development Authority for the Redevelopment of the Core of the Paralimni Municipal District.
The pedestrianization of the Center is being abolished following a decision by the Municipal Council and work will be carried out to upgrade the existing paved area, plant trees, open spaces, parking lots, etc.
The cost of the Project will amount to approximately 8 million euros and a request was submitted by the Municipality for the co-financing of the Project by the Department of Urban Planning and Housing and its inclusion as an Urban Planning Project.
The architects and supervisors of the Project are the office AF MODINOS & SA VRAHIMIS CHARTERED ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS.
