The Fire Service was called at 16.17 to save lives in a rocky area, in Kapparis, in Protaras, near the beach of M.A.A.D.
The Famagusta fire station responded with a team and a rescue vehicle.
Two children aged 10 and 12, respectively, were rescued using special rescue equipment and ropes from a steep area and after being transported to the ground were handed over to the Police.
