The Municipality of Paralimni-Dheryneia, with a dynamic and modern approach to tourism and upgrading the visitor experience, once again turned on the lights on the emblematic islet of Fig Tree Bay in Protaras, on the most famous beach in Cyprus.
In his statements, the Mayor of Paralimni-Dheryne, George Nikolettos, said that "the lighting of the island offers an impressive image, especially during the evening hours, highlighting even more the unique natural beauty of the area."
He added that "at the same time, beyond the aesthetic experience it offers to residents and visitors, it also has a strong symbolic character, as the island is a timeless point of reference for Protaras and a key element of the tourist identity of our place."
He noted that "the Municipality of Paralimni-Dheryneia continues to consistently invest in actions that enhance the image, extroversion and attractiveness of the region, showcasing its unique beauties in Cyprus and internationally."
