The Paralimni Community Leader, Panos Maouris, is the new president of the Union's association, taking over the reins of the crimson-colored team after the departure of Kostas Stratis.
The new president has a long and significant contribution to the administration of the club. He served as vice president during the tenure of Kostas Stratis, while in the past he served as Secretary General in the administration of Fotos Pittatzis. At the same time, he had also assumed the presidency of the basketball department of the Union, contributing to the development of the club.
The process of transitioning the presidency from Costas Stratis to Panos Mauris has already begun, with the latter expected to officially assume his duties in the coming days.
Outgoing president Costas Stratis implemented the decision he had announced during the association's last General Assembly, to step down from the presidency.
He officially informed both the club's Board of Directors and the new Football Committee of his final decision, paving the way for the new administrative era in the Union under the leadership of Panos Mauris.
