Lunch on the occasion of 5 years since its founding was quoted by Famagusta Tourist Commercial Industrial Company (TEVEA) in collaboration with PASYXE Famagusta and the Municipalities and Communities of the Province of Famagusta last Monday, December 18 in the reception hall "Laxia" in Paralimni.

Anastasiadis: "The contribution of TEVEA is great"
The President of the Republic expressed his satisfaction for his presence at the event as it coincided with his visit to lay a foundation stone at the Famagusta Police Department and the inauguration of the multipurpose hall of the Paralimni Technical School. He stressed that the announcements of 2015 and 2017 for free Famagusta were submitted by the local authorities in cooperation with TEVEA, thus emphasizing the great contribution of the company to the development of the province.

The President of TEVEA, Petros Petrou referred to the establishment of TEVEA on December 18, 2012, which created the common vision of local authorities, actors and entrepreneurs for the province of Famagusta. Regarding the building that will house the departments of Urban Planning and Land Registry, which is in the process of completion of construction works, the President of TEVEA said that this is the implementation of the first flag that will lead to the recognition of Famagusta province as equal to the rest provinces.
Mayor of Paralimni: "Famagusta businessmen to decide for themselves"
The Mayor of Paralimni, Theodoros Pyrillis, referring to the great interest shown by the businessmen of the province of Famagusta for the TEVEA meal, said characteristically that the agents of Famagusta must decide for themselves. He sent clear messages in all directions, noting that many tried to stop the descent of the Land Registry and Urban Planning, the construction of the new Famagusta Police Department in Paralimni, the signing of the agreement for the Ayia Napa Marina and that many are trying to work. He thanked for this reason the President of the Republic as he is the only one, as, he said, that he has implemented what he promised for the province of Famagusta until the last word.
At the event, a plaque was awarded to the wife of the late Mayor of Ayia Napa, Naki Tsokkou, as she was one of the inspirers of the founding of TEVEA.
