A case of theft of a quantity of copper weighing approximately 100 kg is being investigated by investigators of the Famagusta Police Station with an unknown person as the perpetrator, whose movements were recorded by closed circuit video television.
The complaint was made on 1/3/24 by a 46-year-old who runs an electrical goods store in Paralimni.
According to the 46 year on 28/2/24 and around 1000-1015 hours, an unknown person entered a field that he maintains next to his property and stole from it a quantity of copper weighing approximately 100 kg.

The copper according to the 46 year was surplus from the air conditioners he was installing. The offender's movements were recorded by the closed circuit video surveillance of the building.
