The Municipality of Paralimni celebrated Easter Sunday with a traditional concert with the Michalis Hatzimihail Musical Group and Andri Karantoni.
The traditional concert under the title "Anthology of Traditional Song" took place in Agios Georgios Square, where these days a trade fair is hosted for the feast of Agios Georgios, the patron saint of the city of Paralimni. Among others, Michalis Hatzimihail, Andri Karantoni and Dimitra Hatzimihail participated in the song and Savvas Stefanou on the violin.
The Mayor of Paralimni, Mr. Theodoros Pyrillis, in his greeting, welcomed the Mayor of Agios Georgios Acheritos, Mr. Michalis Kaunas and pointed out that the Municipal Council of Paralimni is expected to announce the events with which it is expected to honor the memory of the "mistress" of the Cypriot traditional song , Sundays Pelagia. The Community Leader of Agios Georgios Acheritos, Michalis Kaunas, also sent his wishes.
