Police are investigating the burglary of a house and the theft of jewelry from a house in Paralimni.
According to the owner of the house, who spoke to Famagusta.News, when she returned home with her family around 14:00 noon (Tuesday 04/09), she found the security door violated as well as the mess inside and then called the police.
The strangers acted between the hours of 07:10 - 14:00 and after violating the security entrance of the house with special tools, they then stole various jewelry and valuables, of hitherto unknown value.
Daylight and the passage of people in this area apparently did not deter the burglars.
According to a complaint, the suspects are two foreigners who were seen on the scene in a rental car.
Police are investigating the case.
