A Shooting Competition entitled "Focusing on the Target, This is the Essence" was organized on Saturday 19 October 2024 at the Paralimni Shooting Range by the Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia in collaboration with the Cyprus Police / YKAN.
The Shooting Competition was attended by, among others, the Mayor of Paralimni - Deryneia, Mr. Giorgos Nikolettos, the Chief of the Cyprus Police, Mr. Themistos Arnaoutis, the Commander of the YKAN, Mr. Stelios Aristidou, the Police Director of Famagusta, Mr. Giorgos Oikonomou, and the Mayor of Agia Napa, Mr. Christos Zannetou.
As part of the event, a shooting demonstration was held by members of the MMAD.
The Shooting Games were held with the aim of strengthening the prevention of illegal addictions through sport and cooperation.
