The Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia, as well as organized bodies and DIKO executives, expressed their deepest sorrow after the news of the death of Popi Pelekanos Herodotou from Paralimni.
In a statement, the Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia states:
"The Mayor and the Municipal Council of Paralimni - Deryneia express their deepest sorrow for the death of Popi Pelekanos Herodotou from Paralimni, mother of the member of the Municipal Council, Mr. Herodotou (Roi) Herodotou. The entire Municipal Council expresses its sincere condolences to her family. May her memory be eternal."
