The Giovani group and the Chinese group Jim Chang Global celebrated the closing of their cooperation yesterday, with the opening of the company's offices in Paralimni.
Jim Chang Global, which has been active on our island since 2016, has so far implemented important development projects such as the Sun City Spa Resort and Residences in the coastal area of Agia Thekla in Sotira. With its completion in 2019, it will be the largest project of mixed tourism and residential development in the province of Famagusta.

The operation of the offices of the Jim Chang Global group in Paralimni aims to create an investment bridge between China and Cyprus, while the company's plans include the implementation of luxury residential, tourist and commercial developments in the province of Famagusta.
