Last November, the Environmental Authority gave the "green light" to a hotel unit under study in the northern part of "Vrysi" beach in Protaras. It is a three-star hotel unit, with a total area of 6.551 sq.m. which falls into a tourist zone T1e with a permitted number of floors not exceeding three.
According to the information submitted, the proposed building will be erected on the northwest part of the lot and will consist of a basement, ground floor and four floors.
Specifically, it will include:
Access will be via Protara and Lefkola streets. The project will be supplied with water from the local water mains while the municipal waste water will be discharged to the local Sewerage Board.
