Following the extent to which the issue of your investigation of an anonymous complaint against me, for the purchase of item 26 by "… .an aged and helpless woman…" according to the allegations of anonymous citizens of the Municipality of Paralimni, was presented to me today, the morning document with which he sold the block 47 which is very close, at a distance of eighty meters from the block 26. The sale of the block 47 took place on October 26, 2017 according to the receipt of the transfer fees at the price of 52,75 euros per square meter subway.
Block 26 was bought by me at a price of 97,37 euros per square meter and block 82 at a price of 104,88 euros per square meter. That is, plot 26 was bought at a higher price by 84,5% and plot 82 at a price twice that of the other land development entrepreneur.
