Exactly two weeks after fatal in Ayia Napa with victim 22-year-old motorcyclist from Frenaros, another young man lost his life today in a car accident.
This is 32-year-old Kyriakos Kavazis, from Sotira.
According to the police, the fatal accident happened on the Sotira-Paralimniou road today around 5:20 in the afternoon.
In particular, at a point in the road in front of the Paralimni Post Office and under the conditions under investigation, a 55-year-old driver seems to have attempted a right turn, blocking the path of the unfortunate Kavazis, who was driving his large motorcycle in the direction of Paralimni from Savior.
From the violent collision, the driver of the motorcycle was hurled and hit a stake and then on the sidewalk.
He was rushed to Paralimni General Hospital, where doctors on duty confirmed his death.
The driver of the car was also taken to the hospital for precautionary reasons.
