A fire that broke out in the kitchen of a house in Paralimni was caused by an overheating charger.
In a statement, the Fire Department states that "at 06:36 yesterday, a call was received for a fire in the kitchen of a house in Paralimni."
It is reported that "the Famagusta Fire Station responded to extinguish the fire and the fire was brought under control at 07:05".
It is noted that "part of the kitchen furniture and equipment was damaged by the fire and heat, while the smoke also affected the painting of the walls of the entire house."
According to the Fire Department, "the fire was caused by an overheating charger located in the kitchen."
