The Mayor of Paralimni - Deryneia, Mr. George Nikolettos, met with a delegation of the Police on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, in his office. During the meeting, policing issues in the Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia, the issue of the implementation of the Neighborhood Watcher institution, as well as the implementation of the Recreation Centers (Sound Broadcasting Permits) Law were discussed.
Both Mr. Nikolettos and the Police delegation expressed their desire for closer cooperation as well as the organization of joint actions and campaigns towards prevention and the implementation of legislation.
Municipal Secretary Gabriela Gabriel was also present, and on behalf of the Famagusta Police Department, the meeting was attended by the Rural Area Officer Mr. K. Papamichael, the Paralimni Station Officer Mr. D. Moustoukkis, the Community Policing Officer Sergeant P.
