Representatives of the SEK and PEO Trade Unions were met today, Wednesday, July 10, 2024, by the Mayor of Paralimni - Deryneia, Mr. Giorgos Nikolettos, in his office.
During the meeting, issues concerning the staff of the Municipality after the reform and unification of Paralimni, Deryneia, Frenaros and Acheritos were discussed as well as issues of the operation of the municipal authority.
The representatives of the Guilds congratulated Mr. Giorgos Nicolettos as the first Mayor of Paralimni - Deryneia and pointed out that they will work closely with the Mayor and the Municipal Council.
For his part, Mr. Nicolettos assured that the municipal authority will always be on the side of the entire staff and that the relationship with the guilds will not only continue but will be further strengthened.
Present at the meeting on behalf of the Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia were the Deputy Mayor of Paralimni, Mr. Kleanthis Koutsoftas and the Municipal Secretary, Ms. Gabriela Gavriil Polykarpou.
