A meeting with all the MPs of the Famagusta District was held by the Mayor and the Municipal Council of Paralimni - Deryneia on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at the Paralimni - Deryneia Town Hall.
The purpose of the meeting was to examine the issue of not including approved and licensed projects as well as projects whose implementation is deemed necessary for the Municipality in the 2025 State Budget.
Both the members of the Municipal Council of Paralimni - Deryneia and the MPs expressed the position that it is extremely necessary to include the approved, licensed and important projects of the Municipality in the State Budget of 2025 and emphasized that they will make every effort by contributing with all the necessary actions for their inclusion.
In his statements, the Mayor of Paralimni - Deryneia thanked all the MPs of the province of Famagusta for the positive response to the invitation and expressed his satisfaction for the meeting through which the cooperation between the members of Parliament and the Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia is demonstrated in practice.
