The Paralimni-Dheryne Municipal Council has decided to allocate an office to the Famagusta Recreation Center Owners Association. The Famagusta Recreation Center Owners Association office will be housed on the first floor of the building housing the Municipality's Health Services (opposite the Municipal Hall).
For this purpose, a meeting was held with the President and members of the Famagusta Municipal Council, during which Mr. George Nikolettos officially handed them the key, while for their part, the Famagusta Municipal Council delegation handed the Mayor a commemorative plaque as a sign of appreciation to the Municipality.
During the meeting, Mr. Nikolettos conveyed to the representatives of the Association of Recreation Centers a series of issues concerning the proper functioning of recreation centers, such as, among others, operation beyond the summer season, noise pollution, visual nuisance with illegal signs and others. For their part, the representatives of the Famagusta Association of Recreation Centers assured the Mayor that they will cooperate with their members so that any problems disappear and cooperation with the Municipality is closer and without problems.
