The Parents' Association of Paralimni High School has placed 120 lockers on a pilot basis in the school premises, with the main aim of reducing the weight carried by students, protecting their health and facilitating their school life.
This is the announcement from the Association.
The Parents' Association of Paralimni Gymnasium 1969, since the beginning of the school year, understanding the problem observed with heavy school bags and the difficulties that may arise from transporting them, has tried to identify solutions that will substantially contribute to improving the daily lives of our students.
In this context, and in collaboration with the School Management, 120 lockers have been installed on a pilot basis in the school premises, with the main aim of reducing the weight carried by students, protecting their health and facilitating their school life.
The use of the lockers is governed by specific regulations, in order to ensure their proper, safe and equitable use. For this purpose, a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the President of the KMS and the President of the Parents' Association, which defines the terms of use and the obligations of all parties involved.
Relevant information will be provided to both students and parents on how to operate and use the lockers.
The Parents' Association continues to work responsibly and consistently, always having as a priority the health, safety and well-being of our children.
