The Board of Directors of A. Tsokkos Hotels Public Ltd unanimously approved at today's meeting, the appointment of Georgios Hatzigiannis as a new member of the Board of Directors of the company. With effect from August 30, Mr. Hatzigiannis is the Independent Non-Executive Director of the company.
George Hatzigiannis was born in Larnaca in 1978. He graduated from the University of Reading UK (First Class Hons in International Securities Investment and Banking) in 2002. He holds an MBA from CIIM, while continuing his second postgraduate program in Real Estate at University of Naples, Paphos. He also worked in the banking industry for a number of years.
In the framework of the same meeting, the Board of Directors took decisions for changes in the composition of its Committees. The new composition is valid from August 30.
Control Committee
Konstantinos Schizas was appointed president and Nestoras Kyriakidis and Georgios Hatzigiannis were members.
Remuneration Committee
President Nestoras Kyriakidis and members George Hatzigiannis and Konstantinos Schizas.
Risk Management Committee
President Konstantinos Schizas and members Nestoras Kyriakidis and Georgios Hatzigiannis.
The Appointments Committee, which remains as it is, is chaired by Nestoras Kyriakidis and members Chryso Tsokkou and Konstantinos Schizas.
