Tsokkos Hotels reported profits of 8,3 million euros after tax based on the data published on the CSE. Profits are reduced compared to 2017 (13,8 million, euros) due to reduced turnover, interest rate return from previous years and due to increased financing costs.
At the end of 2018, the assets of Tsokkos Hotels amounted to 488 million euros, while the total liabilities of the company amounted to 255 million euros. The Board of Directors of the company does not suggest the payment of a dividend.
Regarding the risks for the tourism industry, Tsokkos Hotels states that Brexit may be a negative tourist trend, however, as it notes, so far no reduction in hotel bookings from the United Kingdom has been reported.
