The master plan for the improvement of Vrysoudion and Pinias streets in the Municipal District of Paralimni was presented on September 17, 2025 before the Traffic Studies Agency.
The project, which is promoted as an Urban Planning Project, was presented by the Department of Urban Planning and Housing to the members of the Committee, in the presence of the Mayor of Paralimni - Deryneia.
The Mayor of Paralimni-Dheryneia, Mr. George Nikolettos, thanked the members of the Agency's Committee for the excellent cooperation to date, underlining the importance of this specific project for the Municipality. As he noted, the improvement of the two roads will connect the fishing shelters of the area and will directly serve the Paralimni Marina, a project that will be completed soon.
After securing the necessary approvals for the regulatory plan, the preparation of construction plans will follow, the collection of opinions from the relevant departments, the preparation of tender documents and, finally, the announcement for the start of work.
