Complaints about a property located within a property in Protaras and across from Fig Tree Bay Beach have come to light. Specifically, it was reported to SigmaLive.

Regarding this issue, a letter has been sent via a law firm to all the competent services of the Free Province of Famagusta, denouncing all the illegalities taking place at this specific location.

Specifically, property owners are complaining that third parties are constructing a building on their property.

The owners clarify that they have no relationship with the individuals in question, noting that they have never given their consent to such a thing.

It is noted that in the past there was a similar scenario, with individuals erecting a building on their property without a permit. The owners of the building, as they report, undertook to plant palm trees at the site. According to the letter, the palm trees were uprooted and the building took their place.

According to information, the issue was forwarded to the competent authority, the licensing department of the EOA, which will investigate and decide on any further actions on the matter.

Despite the complaints, work continues as normal at the site.
