The Blood Center of the Ministry of Health requests the submission of an expression of interest from individuals or companies that have space for rent in a building in Famagusta District, for the housing of the Blood Donation Station with a total area of approximately 330 sq.m with a deviation of ±15%, with easy access from citizens. The rental period is five (5) years, with the right to extend for two more periods of two (2) years, without excluding the possibility, if the two contracting parties agree on a long-term rental, hire purchase or purchase. The space must be ready for delivery approximately within two (2) months after the signing of the agreement.
The declaration of interest must be addressed to the General Director of the Ministry of Health at 1 Prodromou Street and 17 Cheilonos Street, Agios Andreas, 1448 Nicosia, and deposited in a sealed envelope on the 2nd floor of the Ministry of Health, Purchases and Procurement Directorate File no later than 10:00am on Friday 7 October 2023.
