Today, January 6, 2023, the Epiphany was celebrated with the celebration of the Holy Liturgy in the Holy Church of the Holy Trinity in the Holy Trinity of Karpasia, the head of the Theophilestate Bishop of Karpasia Christophoros.
After the end of the Divine Liturgy, Theophilastos together with the fathers and a large number of believers went to the creek located next to the Holy Church of Agios Thyrsos where the consecration of the waters and the traditional throwing of the Holy Cross into the waters of Gialousa took place.
