Responding to a question from KYPE, a representative of the Communication Branch of the Cyprus Police, stated that regarding recent publications that speak of the presence of this person in Cyprus, "from the first moment it came to our attention, ex officio, with the instructions of the Chief of Police, it was communication with the authorities of the United Kingdom for possible actions on the part of the Cyprus Police".

According to reports in the English press, the alleged moral mastermind behind the far-right attacks in the UK, Tommy Robinson, posted inflammatory posts on social media while on holiday with family members and friends at a hotel in Ayia Napa.
Robinson was reportedly issued with an arrest warrant in the UK last Monday after he failed to appear in court.
