The Youth Organization continues the initiativeYouthSkillization, in the context of European Year of Skills 2023, and offers a new series of workshops aimed at developing your skills.
Our new workshops titled, #MentalToughness– Strengthen your mental resilience, start on October 5 and will take place at Multi-centres of the Youth Organization in Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, Agro, Sotira and Evrycho.
The aim of the workshops is to help you develop the necessary skills so that to strengthen their mental resilience to better face the challenges in your life.
Η mental toughness, it's about more than just endurance and control of difficult situations. It refers to a psychological framework of thought that supports the self confidence and commitment to success. Mental resilience, therefore, has to do with how much we manage to create for ourselves one positive adaptation to negative events which is inevitably we experience in our personal and professional lives.
Come to the workshop to learn:
- Cases of people who have demonstrated a high level of mental resilience
- The shaping factors of mental resilience
- If mental toughness is a trait we are born with or acquire during our lifetime
- How you can strengthen it and how you can develop mental resilience in your everyday life, creating the right conditions and applying the right techniques.
