The residential part of the Development, which consists of 10 luxury homes and 29 apartments, has been completed and delivered. Also, the construction of the environmental design zone in the southern part of the development has been completed.
As part of its green policy, the GIOVANI Group of Companies proceeded with tree planting of the green parts of the Zone, as well as the regeneration and tree planting of the roundabout at the southwestern end of Growth. A total of 1750 saplings and plants were planted.
In the center of the roundabout has been hung a sculpture of the sculptor Antonis Zeniou, which symbolizes the sweat of the worker.
The tree planting and the renovation of the roundabout are a donation of the GIOVANI Group to the Municipality of Sotiras.
As for the Hotel unit of the Project, it is currently in the final stage of its redesign and the goal is to be put into operation in May 2021.
