Stress is a natural response to everyday challenges. However, when not managed properly, it can develop into serious conditions, such as panic attacks, that negatively affect mental and physical health.
Aiming to prevent and effectively manage stress, the “Breath In, Breath Out” workshop offers participants useful and simple techniques for daily stress relief and enhancing mental balance. Participants will have the opportunity to learn how to recognize the first signs of stress and implement practices that promote calm and well-being.
The workshop is aimed at all those who wish to strengthen their mental health and learn how to effectively deal with stress in their daily lives.
The workshop will be coordinated by Vasso Theophanous (Associate Psychologist).
