A football player who with his presence marked the defense of ONISILOS Sotiras.
Christofis Kastanos, apart from being a real boulder in defense, was also a model leader that everyone admired and loved.
His teammates have described him as the "lion" of their defense: "He gave everything for his team. He was a strong, impenetrable defender ", says Giannos Markou. "He was distinguished for his resilience and his self-sacrifice on the pitch. As an amateur footballer he always reached his maximum performance. "He played as passionately as anyone else on ONISILO", his coach Forsos had written about Kastanos.
