The Municipality of Sotiras, in accordance with the Law on Municipalities, Law 111/1985, article 111, announces that it accepts applications from interested parties to secure a license to sell goods, within the Municipal limits of Sotiras for the year 2023.
The license granting period will be for one year, from until 31.12.2023. You are informed that conditions will be set in the permits, which will define the marketing areas, the permitted hours, the type of goods, as well as the conditions of storage and disposal of the goods in accordance with the health, urban planning or other Legislation in force.
Interested parties can pick up application forms from the offices of the Municipality, at 22 Makariou Γ΄ Str., 5390 Sotira, at the Municipal Hall during working hours as well as from the website of the Municipality, www.sotira.org.cy
The applications will be received by the Health Service of the Municipality of Sotira, located at 22 Makariou Street 5390, XNUMX Sotira at the Municipal Hall, in a sealed envelope with the phrase "Application for street vending license" written on it.
The last date for submitting applications is Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 12:00 noon.
