What if he is sixteen years old? Konstantinos Attounis from Sotira has set a goal - and is already doing so - to get involved in politics. Talking to him, you understand that he is a teenager with the thoughts and vision of an adult politician, or rather as any politician should be. He clarifies that his goal is to defend human rights and states that he has a "thirst" for law. Also, his future plans include his involvement in the political life of the country with the aim of helping society and representing our country abroad so that he can express and strengthen the voice of Cyprus.
Despite his sixteen years, he has represented our island in many international competitions and in many other countries of the world. Some of the competitions are the "Mediterranean Model of the United Nations", in which he has represented Sri Lanka. He has also represented our country in the European Parliament in Brussels, in the "EUROSCOLA" program, while he has been distinguished in the bi-communal relations program "Cyprus Friendship Program". He was also distinguished with the highest distinction in Famagusta but also among the highest distinctions in our country in the program of "Johns Hopkins" where it concerns the intelligence of Adolescents. He has also been involved in the European Youth Parliament and has through Xenion Highschool where he is a student to qualify for the Pancyprian event.
Who is Konstantinos Attounis?
Konstantinos Attouni is 16 years old and is a student of the private school, Xenion High School. He is only in his 5th year of study and has excelled in many European competitions where among them, Turkish Cypriot teenagers are involved. In his free time, he enjoys playing the piano, as well as studying various European laws that deal with various problems of our society. His vision is to join the European Parliament and his involvement in the Republic of Cyprus in the distant future.
