Authorities in the free province of Famagusta were put on alert on Friday evening (11/09), following an explosion that occurred in a garage of a house.
According to information, the incident occurred in Sotira and members of the Police and Fire Department rushed to the scene.
As reported, a 30-year-old man was seriously injured in the explosion.
The circumstances under which the explosion occurred are being investigated.
