SOTIRA: Letter from K. Hatzigiannis to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for plots of poor families

Although the plots were given to poor families in Sotira Famagusta, a number of beneficiaries can not secure a loan for the construction of his house, says in a letter to the Minister of Interior the DISY Famagusta MP Mr. Kyriakos Hatzigiannis.

Specifically, with regard to the plots (Phase C ') that have been granted to poor families, the procedures for the separation of each share are pending, which can be used by the beneficiary for mortgage purposes to secure a loan. Therefore, there are those who have already applied to banking institutions, who do not grant them a loan without this collateral, as a result of which they can not proceed with the construction of their residence.

Therefore, Mr. Hatzigiannis asks the competent minister to take the appropriate measures in order to bypass the bureaucracy and to proceed with this process.
