The Municipality of Sotiras is expected to acquire its second hotel unit soon.
It is a four-star hotel unit with a capacity of 206 rooms and apartments (452 beds) located in the area of Agia Thekla within the municipal boundaries of the Municipality of Sotira.
The proposed project falls into category 12 (b): Tourism and leisure - Resorts, hotel complexes and integrated tourist complexes outside urban areas and related infrastructure projects of Annex II of the Environmental Impact Assessment of Certain Projects Law of 2018 (N . 127 (I) / 2018).
According to the information, this is a large group project with extensive experience in the field of construction and operation of hotel units, while it is a long-awaited project for the Municipality of Sotiras as it contributes to the continuation of tourism development after the construction of the first luxury hotel unit "Sun City ”Of the Jim Chang Global group in the municipal boundaries Sotiras.
Next Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 7 pm, a public presentation of the play is scheduled at the Municipal Theater of Sotira.
The presentation will be made by the project owner and its purpose is to provide general information about the project, to report any environmental issues arising from it and of course to give the public the opportunity to submit comments and suggestions. Discussion and submission of opinions and suggestions will follow.
