The Mayor of Ayia Napa, Mr. Christos Zannetou, signed today, Friday, April 11, 2025, together with the company "Tefkros Angelidis Architects & Associates Ltd.", in the presence of the Deputy Mayor of the Sotiras Municipal District-Municipality of Ayia Napa, Mr. Antonis Koumis, and municipal officials, the contract for the provision of design and project supervision services regarding the expansion of the existing childcare center and club, as well as the addition of a nursery school in the Sotiras Municipal District of the Municipality of Ayia Napa.
The contract concerns the preparation of studies and supervision by specialized consultants in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, electrical and mechanical engineering, surveying engineering, geologist, as well as the measurement of quantities for the project. The contract amount amounts to €54.740 incl. VAT.
The Mayor of Ayia Napa, Mr. Christos Zannetou, stated that "the expansion of our children's infrastructure and the creation of new infant units is part of the Municipality's overall vision to support families and invest in the future of our Municipality."
"We are moving forward," he added, "with steady steps in upgrading care and education services, always with respect for the needs of the local community."
The project, he continued, "is part of the Municipality's strategic planning to improve the quality of life of residents and support young families with modern and safe preschool care structures."
