The local products of Sotira, Kolokasi Sotiras (PDO) and Kolokasi Poules Sotiras (PDO), are included in World Online Catalog of Traditional Products "TasteAtlas", which aims to record, preserve and promote traditional products and flavors from around the world.
So far, the catalog has managed to record more than 10.000 traditional products from around the world, while the Cypriot map includes Koumandaria, Paphitiko Sausage, Sweet Rose Rose, Souvla, Zivania and others.
