The Theater Workshop of the Sotira Youth Center, with the support of the Sotira Municipal District, presents on Sunday, May 10, 2026 at 17:00 (audience arrival from 16:30) at the Sotira Municipal Theater the performance "The End of the Game" by Samuel Beckett, which includes excerpts from the same author's emblematic work "Waiting for Godot".
Two great plays come together on stage to create a performance full of existential questions, intense emotions and deep reflection. The characters move through a world of repetition and waiting, searching for meaning in everyday life, trapped between habit and the need for change. The ending appears sometimes as redemption and sometimes as a dead end, leading the heroes on a continuous inner search.
The adaptation of the text is by Loukia Antoniou and Konstantinos Solomos, while the direction is by Loukia Antoniou, approaching the work with a contemporary perspective and intense theatricality. The participants of the theater workshop bring to life on stage characters full of contradictions, humor and tragedy, creating an experience that touches the viewer.
This is a performance that invites the audience to reflect, be moved, and confront timeless questions of human existence, through a theatrical journey that leaves a strong imprint.
Admission 5 euros.
