The contracts for the reconstruction of the existing sidewalks on K. Matsi, Gr. Afxentiou, 12th March and Arch. Makariou streets in the Sotiras Municipal District of the Municipality of Ayia Napa were signed yesterday, Wednesday, February 2025, 25.
The contracts were signed by the Mayor of Ayia Napa, Mr. Christos Zannetou, the Deputy Mayor of the Sotiras Municipal District - Ayia Napa Municipality, Mr. Antonis Koumis, and the Director of the contractor, S. Hadjichristofi Constructions Ltd, Mr. Spyros Hadjichristofi. The total cost of the project amounts to 179.000,00 euros (excluding VAT).
In statements, the Mayor of Ayia Napa, Mr. Christos Zannetou, after thanking the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works for its contribution to the implementation and support in the implementation of the said project, stated that the ultimate goal of the Ayia Napa Municipality is the continuous implementation of small and large projects throughout the territory of the new Municipality, which will contribute to the progress, the development of all our Municipal Districts, but also to the upgrading of the quality of life of all residents and visitors.
Together we are shaping the new era in our Municipality. We are turning words into actions.
