Fuel prices in Cyprus soared again, after the very small drop they experienced recently. And this is happening, as the price of oil internationally records a significant drop compared to June which recorded the highest price at $120, almost, dollars per barrel. And while at the time this article is being written (October 25, 2022) the price of a barrel fluctuates at $84,8 dollars a barrel, on our island the prices seem to be soaring again, as according to the Consumer Protection Committee, the prices of of refined products imported by Cyprus have been on the rise in recent weeks, a change that also has an impact on pump prices.
