The infamous potato statue of Xylofagos entered the Christmas atmosphere this year.
The President of the community council of Xylofagos, Mr. Giorgos Iulianos, speaking on the front page of SIGMA, said that "we are trying to give a special note these days of Christmas and New Year".
He added that "the potato is decorated by itself, it doesn't need a star or lanterns, we just placed Santa Claus with his sleigh who will bring love, happiness and health to the citizens", "at the same time, we as a community council will try to give a special note these days away from the problems of everyday life".
The illumination of the Community will take place on December 14 and a two-day Christmas village will be in operation.
