The Mayor of Paralimni - Deryneia held a meeting with the Famagusta Recreation Center Owners Association and owners of recreation centers in the Municipality's tourist area.
During the meeting, issues of legislation governing the operation of recreation centers as well as methods of their implementation were discussed.
Specifically, the issue of the implementation of the Recreation Centers (Noise Emission Permits) Law, the issuance of the relevant permits and the ways in which the Municipality will enforce control with the aim of combating noise pollution and enforcing a unified policy were discussed, among other things.
The implementation of the Municipality's legislation and policy regarding the placement of illegal signs and the finding of measures through a proposal for the placement of uniform signs by the SIKAA at points to be approved by the Municipality were also discussed.
Both the Mayor of Paralimni - Deryneia and the owners of the Recreation Centers expressed their willingness to cooperate with the aim of good cooperation with the Municipality within the framework of legality.
