The Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia announces with great satisfaction the receipt of the latest edition of the important research work of the late Kyriakos A. Hatziloukas for the recording of the Frenaros Genealogical Tree.
The work was delivered by the son of the late researcher, Mr. Andreas Hatziloukas, on behalf of the family, to the Mayor of Paralimni - Deryneia, Mr. George Nikolettos, and the Deputy Mayor of Frenaros, Mr. Costas Michael. The Municipality expresses its warm thanks to the Hatziloukas family for this important contribution.
The long-term research of Kyriakos A. Hatziloukas constitutes a valuable legacy for the history and collective memory of Frenaros, contributing to the preservation and promotion of the historical and social identity of the community. At the same time, the contribution of the late Pantelakis Papanikolas, his close friend and collaborator, in the completion of the research effort is recognized.
Mayor Mr. George Nikolettos and Deputy Mayor of Frenaros Mr. Costas Michael emphasized the importance of preserving and highlighting documents related to the history, roots and identity of the municipal districts of the Municipality, pointing out that this specific research is a work of particular historical value that will be preserved with the required respect.
