As stated by the Minister of Agriculture, Costas Kadis in the show of Sigma, "Mesimeri kai Kati", "It was one of the issues that occupied us, I would say in two meetings. And with the former Minister of Rural Development of Greece and then the current Minister. And it was one of the issues that we discussed at length, and concrete actions were decided first of all to deal with this phenomenon. That is, the two sides should cooperate in giving each other data on the quantities which are exported from Cyprus and imported into Greece, further, whenever there is information or a complaint about such deception to be received, cases to be investigated and take concrete measures. I must tell you that we also received specific complaints in my office, which for the purpose of ensuring the investigation were given to the Minister himself, and at the moment, therefore, these reports are being investigated on the basis of complaints made in my office. "We had a discussion recently with the Minister, the issue is under investigation, we can not say more at this time for obvious reasons because you understand that this investigation must be done discreetly and when there are results they will certainly be announced."
