On Thursday morning, the Association participated in a teleconference with the President, the Members of Parliament of Famagusta and the District Secretariat of Famagusta of the Democratic Alarm.
The topic of discussion was the problems of the sector but also of the entire tourism sector, especially in the pre-eminent tourist province of Famagusta.
The concerns of the Association were raised as well as suggestions for solving the problems faced by the industry towards Mr. Averof Neophytou and the Members of Parliament of Famagusta and an exchange of views took place.
This was followed by a meeting of the Board of Directors of SIKAA, in which the various issues that arise at this time and the way the Association operates were discussed.
