A voluntary blood donation drive is being held on Friday, May 9, 2025, from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Xylotympos Regional High School, organized by the Student Community, the Teaching Staff and the Parents' Association of the Xylotympos Regional High School, in collaboration with the Blood Donation Department of the Larnaca General Hospital.

The blood donation will be preceded at 1:00 p.m. by a memorial service in memory of all the students who attended the High School as well as the teachers who served at the school.

Blood donation aims to strengthen blood supplies and is an act of supreme service and solidarity towards one's fellow man. Local organizations and residents of surrounding communities are invited to support this effort by actively participating.

At the same time, sampling will be carried out at the site to find a bone marrow donor, in collaboration with the Karaiskakio Foundation.

Blood is life! Give blood, give life with your blood!
