On Friday, March 18, the members of the Ecclesiastical Committee, Haris Afxentis, Andreas Irakleous and Antonios Pikis visited the preserved churches of Agia Marina and Panagia Trapezitissa.
With the coordinated action of the chairman of the Technical Committee Mr. Sotos Ktoris and Antonis Pikis, the chairman of the Technical Committee of the Turkish Cypriots as well as a UNDP team visited the premises where they discussed ways to better carry out the projects.
In Agia Marina, the works inside the church have been completed and now they are working on the external walls and the surrounding area.
In the church of Panagia the insulation works of the roof have been completed as well as in both domes. Now the works continue inside the Temple. The fencing has also been completed.
